Download and Install Mobile Claims


CoreLogic Mobile Claims can be downloaded from Claims Connect.  


1.  Upon logging in to Claims Connect, locate your name in the upper right-hand corner and click the blue carrot next to it. 



2.  Click Download Mobile Claims.



 3.  You will see a list of minimum requirements for installation.  Review the list to ensure your system meets the minimum requirements, then click Download.  

 


4.  Follow the prompts to open the download.  When you see this screen, click Yes. 



5.  Click Next, and follow the prompts to install Mobile Claims.

6.  Once the installation is completed, you will have a Mobile Claims icon on your desktop.  Double click the icon to launch the program.

7.  Enter your username and password.  Click Login.  

8.  When you have successfully logged in, your screen will look like this.  Now that you are logged in, click the green Synchronize button on the top right hand corner of the ribbon.

  

Note that an internet connection is required to synchronize. 


Congratulations, you are now ready to start using Mobile Claims!
