Download and Install Mobile Claims

Once you have created an account in Claims Connect, you will need to download and install Mobile Claims. Mobile Claims is where diagramming and estimating takes place within the CoreLogic estimating platform.  Before attending a training class, follow the steps below to download and install Mobile Claims.  

Registration Confirmation

Once an account is set up for you, you will receive two emails from One will have the subject ‘Welcome to Symbility.’ The other will have the subject ‘Symbility Claims Connect Registration Confirmation.’ Open the email titled ‘Symbility Claims Connect Registration Confirmation.’ The content of the email will look like this:

1.  Click the link

2.  The link takes you to Claims Connect where you will download Mobile Claims.  Enter your username and password from the confirmation email you received, and click Log in.  

Note:  This password is case sensitive and is only valid for 24 hours. 

3.  Scroll to the bottom of the End User License Agreement page and click I Agree. 


4.  Enter your new password and then enter it again in the confirm password field.  Click Change Password. 

5.  You will see confirmation that you changed your password.  Click Continue.

6.  Click Yes, Subscribe.  

Download and Install Mobile Claims

Now that you are logged into Claims Connect, you need to download and install Mobile Claims. 

1.  Find your name in the upper right hand corner and click the blue carrot next to it. 

2.  Click Download Mobile Claims.

 3.  You will see a list of minimum requirements for installation.  Review the list to ensure your system meets the minimum requirements, then click Download.  


4.  Follow the prompts to open the download.  When you see this screen, click Yes. 

5.  Click Next, and follow the prompts to install Mobile Claims.

6.  Once the installation is completed, you will have a Mobile Claims icon on your desktop.  Double click the icon to launch the program.

7.  Enter your username and new password.  Click Login.  

8.  When you have successfully logged in, your screen will look like this.  Now that you are logged in, click the green Synchronize button on the top right hand corner of the ribbon.


Congratulations, you are now ready to start using Mobile Claims!
