Now, we’ve completely redesigned Symbility Claims Connect and I’m pretty sure you’re going to love it.
We started the redesign by talking to many of our Claims Connect users to learn how they were using the software, what they were doing most, what they needed to access, what was taking too long to do, and a lot more. From there, we started a complete redesign for the product and put together an all new experience that we believe is going to make it both easier and quicker for everyone working on a claim to get the information they need, when they need it and then act on it.
There are so many great new features in this version of Claims Connect, but some that might pique your interest include:
- The user interface has been built to better suit everyone who works on a claim, from frontline staff at FNOL to adjusters (independent or not), claims supervisors, quality assurance reviewers, contractors, and everyone in between.
- A new responsive web build so that you can access Claims Connect from any device on any browser (including your smartphone or tablet!). Now you will all have the same access whether at your desk in the office or out in the field.
- A newly designed look that makes it easier to find and act on information.
- And ways that help you always know what your next step needs to be so you never miss a beat while working on one or many claims.
