Use the following guide to modify your username, name, email address, phone number, password, and if necessary, user role, user region and user area. Note: some user account settings may be unavailable depending on your user account's user group and permissions level. If the option isn't modifiable, please contact the Administrator on your account. User Account changes 1. Open the My User Account page: choose the top menu Preferences and the option My User Account. 2. From this screen can update your username, First Name/Last Name, email address, phone, password and user roles. Most user information is editable by account Administrators, but user accounts with a different User group will not be able to modify all their information without contacting an Administrator for their company. 3. Click "Save" to save your changes.
