Cotality's Support Site is a free resource. Some content requires you to be logged in. Follow the instructions below for assistance in signing up and logging in to the Support Site.
On the Log in page, you can:
- If you don't have a Support Site account, you may request a support site login by clicking "Request Site Login"
- Login with your existing support portal account to access user manuals, job aids, billing assistance, FAQs and more.
Note: If you are looking for assistance in resetting your Claims Workspace™/Claims Estimate™ password, please see the article Login Help and Password Resets. Cotality's Support Site and Claims Workspace™/Claims Estimate™ have different login credentials.
Once your Support Site's account is established, you can reset your password by selecting "Forgot your password?" located beneath the fields on the Log In page (refer to the image above for guidance). Input the email address linked to your account to Reset your password.
Note: You might not be able to reset your password through the Forgot Password link if your Support Site account has never been activated. If you cannot remember the email you registered with or no longer have access to that email for the Support Site, Contact us so we can help you reset your password.
Here's a brief overview of how to locate essential information on the site (refer to the image below for guidance):
1. Click on Contact to find how you can reach us.
2. You can see our system status, which will show if there are known issues or degraded services
3. Search the Knowledge base using your keywords to find guides and job aids to assist you in using Cotality products.
4. You can also browse through our support articles.
5. Click Tickets to view your open tickets.
6. You can submit tickets to our support teams by clicking Submit a ticket.
