Configuring EagleView Integration
You first have to make sure your EagleView is configured in Claims Connect
- Log in to Mobile Claims.
- Click on the Symbility Logo on the top Left.
- Click on Claims Connect in the list. This will open your default browser and log you in to claims connect.
- Click on your name on the top right.
- Select Integration Partners from the menu. It is found under the ADMIN column.
- Select the EagleView tab (white) at the bottom of the screen. Contact Symbility Support if the tab does not appear.
- Enter your EagleView credentials. If you do not already have an EagleView account, get one from EagleView first.
- Click on Authenticate.
- Once authenticated, the list of EagleView products associated with your account will appear.

EagleView will be available in Mobile Claims only after you synchronize.
