Configuring EagleView Integration

You first have to make sure your EagleView is configured in Claims Connect

  • Log in to Mobile Claims.

  • Click on the Symbility Logo on the top Left.
  • Click on Claims Connect in the list. This will open your default browser and log you in to claims connect.

  • Click on your name on the top right.
  • Select Integration Partners from the menu. It is found under the ADMIN column.

  • Select the EagleView tab (white) at the bottom of the screen.  Contact Symbility Support if the tab does not appear.
  • Enter your EagleView credentials.  If you do not already have an EagleView account, get one from EagleView first.
  • Click on Authenticate.
  • Once authenticated, the list of EagleView products associated with your account will appear.

EagleView will be available in Mobile Claims only after you synchronize.
