Viewing Assignments in Claims Connect
There are two different approaches to viewing assignments. You can view assignments from both the global Assignments List across the top of your screen and from the claim Assignments Page within the claim file itself. The global Assignments List shows you a list of all assignments your company is involved with, whereas the claim Assignments Page within the claim file will show you all assignments associated with that particular claim file. These two approaches serve different purposes so it’s important to understand how they vary. Let’s take a look at each approach in more detail.
