Change to Minimum OS Requirements with Release 8.0
Estimate™ (formerly Mobile Claims) is being redesigned with a new look, technology upgrades and feature enhancements for users globally. With these advancements, new minimum technology standards will be required to continue using Estimate on all devices.
- New minimum OS requirements began with Release 8.0 of Estimate™. (Released in November 2024)
- Windows 10 - Version 1903 - (Build 18362) or higher will be required to run Claims Estimate
- Windows Server 2019 - Version 1903 - (Build 18362) or higher will be required to run Claims Estimate
- This requirement only affects Claims Estimate™ and does not affect Claims Workspace or LINK
- All user types of Estimate will be affected
- Customers should start planning for this transition as early as possible
