To allow our clients enough time to prepare, CoreLogic® has scheduled the renewal of our SSL Certificate associated with Claims Connect. The SSL Certificate update will be applied to these environments according to the schedule below. No downtime is expected as part of this maintenance.

  • Staging Environment Date: January 31, 2024 at 3:00 AM EST – Completed on time
  • Prod-CA Environment Date: February 19, 2024 at 3:00 AM EST
  • Prod-US Environment Date: February 26, 2024 at 3:00 AM EST

SSL Certificates are used to facilitate secure (encrypted) end-user communications with authenticated resources on the internet. For interactive or browser-based systems, normal browser updates include the Certificate Authority (CA) information needed to remain current. Systems that perform B2B transactions with CoreLogic Claims Connect may require updates as they are generally not use browser-based communications.  This includes Mobile Claims as well as all CMS, API, and FTP services.

The existing certificate is set to expire on March 4, 2024.
