“Data” means any applicable pricing information in an organized format for the specific limited purpose of estimating fixed residential and/or commercial structural remodel and repair costs and, as applicable, contents estimating. The Data within an estimate is intended to represent general approximations of the construction costs including the materials, labor costs, applicable equipment, overhead, and market conditions included within the respective price components based on a combination of collected and aggregated price information.
