Claims Explorer has Disappeared

When viewing a claim on Claims Estimate the Claims Explorer box has disappeared.


There are two ways that you can restore the Claim Explorer:


1.   If the Claims Estimate screen appears like the screenshot...


...then click on the Claim Explorer and the box should then reappear and then once it has click on the "pin"  and this will lock the claim explorer box as visible again.


2.   If the box or menu has disappeared completely, then close down Claims Estimate and then reopen again while holding the shift key until logon screen appears.  This resets Claims Estimate to the Default view settings.
