The link to download the Symbility Mobile Claims application is available after logging into Claims Connect.

  • If you don't have a login for Claims Connect:
    • Sign up for a company account if you're a contractor or independent adjuster
    • If your company already has an account but you need your own login, ask your company's administrator to create your login.


Once you've logged in, click drop-down arrow next to your name, you'll see the link to Download Symbility Mobile Claims.







Or from the hamburger menu to click the drop-down arrow of your name








Ensure your computer meets the minimum requirements.




Run the file and accept the license agreement, then click next several times (there is nothing you need to change on these pages) then click on 'Install for anyone who uses this computer'.
