The link to download the Cotality | Claims Estimate (formerly Mobile Claims) application is available after logging into Claims Workspace (Formerly Claims Connect)
- Sign up for a company account if you're a contractor or independent adjuster.
- If your company already has an account but you need your own login, ask your company's administrator to create your login.
Ensure your computer meets the minimum requirements.

On most desktops and laptops in fullscreen:
Once you've logged in to Claims Workspace, click on your name near the top right corner to expand a menu list of options where you will see the link to Download Claims Estimate.
On smaller screens the menu appears differently:
1. Click on the hamburger menu symbol in the top left corner (the three lines) and click on your name which will expand a list of choices/links,  2. Click on "Download Claims Estimate", which will open a new panel on the right side of the screen.3. In the right panel, click DOWNLOAD based on your computer's system type. |
Once the file is downloaded, Run the file and accept the license agreement, click Next several times (there is nothing you need to change on these pages) and then click on "Install for anyone who uses this computer".
