Symbility does not have a specific database or claim type for Commercial claims. The item databases that are available have both Residential and Commercial line items within the same database.
** Important note ** The default Trade costs will normally be set for residential prices. Since Trade costs may be higher for commercial, you may review these to reflect commercial pricing. You may do so from the Item Properties for the item or once you have added all needed items to the estimate, you may use the Search and Replace tools to update or modify the Trade costs of all or specific items.
