This is how to change the database. "Database" is sometimes referred to as "price list".
In (Estimate™/Mobile Claims)
From the Loss Summary:
- Click on Loss Summary
- Click on Options button on the left side of the Home menu
- Click on Default Pricing or Contents Pricing the Blade that slides out from the right side
- Click on the blue link Select Pricing Database
(typically can only be done by a participant from the Originating Company) - Click on a database from the list to Change the database
or Download a new database, click on the new database, then click OK - Click Yes if you wish to reprice all Estimates
- Click Apply near the top right corner
- Click Save (disk icon at the top left of window)

From the Estimate Page view:
- Click on your Estimate
- Click on Totals
- Click on Configure Totals Page Layout near upper-middle of estimate
- Click on Pricing Tab
- Click on the blue database name link beside "Price using:"
- Change the database or Download a new database and then click on the new database
- Click OK after selecting Database (the "Select database object" window will close)
- Click OK (the "Estimate Totals Page Layout" window will close)
