Removing/Adding a Policy Excess on a Schedule/Supplement

In order to be able to remove the policy excess, you need to log into Mobile Claims, search for the claim and then acquire ownership by clicking once on the claim and then clicking the "Acquire Claim Ownership" icon and "Synchronise".

Then once the synchronisation is complete open the claim, go to the original schedule (Not the supplement), then go to the Totals tab, Configure Totals Page Layout - Policy Excess - then depending on if you want to add the policy excess or remove it, "Tick/Untick" the apply single policy excess bow. Save the claim and then release the ownership and then it is all done.
