By default, the MFC framework will remember the position of the main window (the monitor on which it has been opened last), the position and state of the claim tree, of the ribbons, etc…


It’s not impossible that this information might become incorrect or that the tree pane is moved out of view, etc…


There needs to be a way for the user (or for the Symbility customer support) to reset all MFC window positions back to their original state. The way to do this is to have the user press the “shift” key on his keyboard while he launches Mobile Claims.


This will reset all MFC window panes.
