Do I need to install a separate Mobile Claims program for each user sharing a device?

One installation of Mobile Claims can accommodate multiple users sharing the same computer or mobile device.

Each user can login separately with their unique login credentials.


All users sharing or switching devices regularly should release ownership and synchronize after finishing their work, particularly if they will be switching to another device.


1. Release Ownership to enable working on this claim from another device.


2. Synchronize the changes.


3. Logout.
